Do you have a class or workshop that you would like to share with the youth of Brown Girl Rise? Fill out this google form. We are looking for folks in our community who self identify as members of the global majority, also known as BIPOC. It is also preferred that our facilitators identify as a marginalized gender (women, femme, non binary, gender non conforming, trans women).
We ask that workshops are accessible for ages 7 and up as well as being in alignment with Brown Girl Rise’s core values (Fierce love, Community, Youth Empowerment, Non Hierarchy).
Generally we are looking for workshops in the following subjects:
Food Justice
Community
Protest Art
Ancestral Skills
Self Care
